traditional method – apply oil warmed, in the morning or before sleep, liberally. Use circular motions around the joints & firm sweeping motions along the limbs. Bathing after the ritual is recommended, to relax the body & enable deeper penetration of the oils (not to wash the oil away). As a daily moisturiser – apply a small amount to warm wet skin (water will carry the oil into skin).
